Rutenbar Signs Final Beam on New Pitt Assembly Building Biotech Space

Rob A. Rutenbar signs beam to open The Assembly Pittsburgh

Rob A. Rutenbar was part of the Pitt leadership team on-site for the “beam topping” ceremony that raised the final steel beam for “The Assembly Pittsburgh”, a new 250,000-square-foot biotech space in the Shadyside neighborhood in Pittsburgh. 

Originally a historic Ford Motor Co. automobile factory, The Assembly renovation, and construction, managed by Wexford Science & Technology, will house new Pitt laboratories and offices for researchers working on cancer therapies.
