Rob A. Rutenbar was part of the Pitt leadership team on-site for the “beam topping” ceremony that raised the final steel beam for “The Assembly Pittsburgh”, a new 250,000-square-foot biotech space in the Shadyside neighborhood in Pittsburgh.
Originally a historic Ford Motor Co. automobile factory, The Assembly renovation, and construction, managed by Wexford Science & Technology, will house new Pitt laboratories and offices for researchers working on cancer therapies.
